I'm trying this for the last time, I'm willing to format and install the pc again try the vSAN trial version with GUI, can anybody tell if I did configure in trial GUI and after all the configuration, can I apply a vSAN free license and the vSAN free will keep continuing?.
This CLI business is too complicated for me.
Tried several times uninstalling and installing, but the free license applies and no GUI). I think I will look for another software with GUI (I already installed vSAN free version and activated with license, so I can't get the GUI back by installing trial version. I believe they will come and answer your request. Starwind guys are pretty active here at Spiceworks. If none of the above options works for you, you may try asking directly on their support forums or just wait a while. Here is an excellent breakdown of various free tools.

Monitoring can be implemented using any of the existing solutions that are capable of parsing the windows event logs or running Powershell requests. Everything you have to do is just slightly customize the device creation script with your current IP addresses, and that is it.
